Absolute must-visit for anyone seeking breathtaking, awe-inspiring views of the rugged coastline and sparkling Atlantic Ocean. The easily accessible lookout offers ample parking and well-maintained viewing platforms, making it an ideal stop for a quick break during a drive along the Cabot Trail. The sight of the dramatic cliffs, crashing waves, and occasional sightings of whales and seabirds create a truly unforgettable experience. Don't forget to bring your camera, as this spot provides endless opportunities for capturing the stunning beauty of Cape Breton's natural landscape.

This was one of the most interesting scenic sites on Cape Breton. You take a short boardwalk to a little peninsula with a breathtaking view. We saw seals on a nearby island (see pic). The rock formations were really cool. Accessible to old folks but need to climb some steps and walk on uneven terrain. Lovely spot for photos and breathing the clean sea air.

Nice lookout stop on Cabot trail, Cape Breton National Park. This is a must stop on the Cabot Trail as the landscape is very different from the nearby beaches. There is a small parking on the side of the highway. You can then take the short trail to the lookout. Explore on the red rocks and admire the endless ocean before you. Definitely would recommend.

What a beautiful place to soak in the scenery. When on the Cabot Trail you can't help but to stop a lot; this place is definitely one of our many stops. You can see whales here if you look carefully, but if you don't the picturesque landscape and seascape is enough to fill your senses with the wonder of nature. Its stops like these that make your trip and wanting to do the trail all over again. The trail was definitely a highlight of this family's east coast road trip along with the many wonderful people we met...

The vista from this location truly is breathtaking, offering stunning panoramic views. Navigating the rocky terrain to reach the outlook is a bit challenging, but the reward is well worth the effort. The experience of carefully picking your way through the rocks adds an element of adventure. You will find yourself completely immersed in the beauty of nature at this...
