We parked near the trailhead of Sentier Du Marteau. Starting there and connecting to the tower trail. Lots of stairs on this route (close to 600 steps) plus another 100+ to go up the tower. Views were worth it though. There are benches along the steps for those who need a break. Two outhouses near the beginning of the Du Marteau trail.

Picnic tables at the parking lot and base of the tower. Tower is not very big, can fit 4 people comfortably. 6 people would probably be cozy.

My dog was with us but there weren't any trash cans at this parking lot or at the base of the tower so we took his waste back out with us. There probably would have been trash bins at the campsite.
