Sparta Lavender Farm — Attraction in Central Elgin

I forgot to post a review from July of this year and wanted to share my thoughts on this location!

It was honestly an unforgettable experience truly. My friend and I attended a yoga session and the yoga instructor was absolutely wonderful. The owner was the sweetest person ever and her passion for her farm was expressed through the creations of this location. She made everyone homemade lavender lemonade too which was so delicious and definitely so refreshing after our yoga session. I was absolutely star struck from the beauty of everything as it almost felt like a dream.

The owner also owns a cute little shop that has lots of hand crafted products that smell absolutely amazing. I wanted to eat the bars of soap as it smelt so good lol.

I’d highly suggest both parties to partake in more stuff like this as it was so beautiful and unique. My friend and I will never forget this and constantly look back at this memory. Love love love and will definitely be returning soon!!! A hidden gem for...

An absolutely lovely stop if you are out near Sparta. This lavender farm is both picturesque and functional, with beautiful garden grounds you can walk around and an accompanying farm store selling goods from those grounds. There is a well marked gravel parking lot at the front with a path leading up to the store and garden grounds surrounding it. The garden has paths to tour around with informational plaques scattered about to learn about what is growing and the things they do at the farm. The owners of the farm are friendly and informative, greeting visitors and helping out with any questions. This place holds a special place in my family's heart. Every visit from when my girls were tiny, has a beautiful memory attached. The original owners were always so kind, and the new ones have kept up that legacy. The atmosphere walking through the gardens is peaceful and serene. Going through the shop is the hardest thing, as you want to purchase everything! So many options to choose from. They also offer a charcuterie picnic hosted by the owner Karen - it was thoughtfully put together in a picnic basket with all the finishing touches to make it am amazing experience!
