Parc Harold F. Baldwin (Mont Pinacle) charges an $8 fee per hiker, which is quite unusual given that nearby mountains like Mount Ham and Mount MĂ©gantic offer free access to their trails. The park does boast a stunning mountain and picturesque views that can rival any other, but the question remains: why the fee? When compared to its counterparts, the parkâs facilities do not justify the cost. The lack of amenities such as well-maintained rest areas or informative signage makes it hard to see the value in the price. While the natural scenery is a draw, the overall experience is marred by the feeling that one could enjoy similar, or even better, facilities elsewhere without the financial outlay. In essence, the beauty of Mont Pinacle is clear, but so is the need for improved infrastructure to make the investment worthwhile...

On the way up, you may see little snakes! Just watch them and pass, you don't where is their mother! On top of the mont, where you're enjoying the view and taking pictures, the wind is very strong and there is no guard to protect you from falling, so be very careful. Put on your hiking shoes not ordinary walking shoes as the path is full of obstacles to pass...
