This is a definite go-to location for anyone who enjoys a fire on the beach or great sunset views. If you do happen to find yourself wanting to see a sunset, make sure you give yourself plenty of time as parking spots fill up very fast on the North-West side.
This is also a great location for hiking as you can get unobstructed views of the bluff, as well as some great vantage points overlooking Conception Bay from the Miner's Trail (a part of the great East Coast Trail) - bring a camera if you are into photography! For these reasons, Topsail Beach is a wonderful spot to spend a sunny day or warm evening during the height of Newfoundland's summer.

Can be quite busy and parking can be a bit difficult. There is a small playground but doesn't have much in the way of equipment for kids. As a big plus, this location has washrooms open during the summer with flushable toilets and sinks with soap. (Though I suggest bringing along soap cause it...
