The Missus and I went for a walk in February at the park formerly known as the Colony Farm Regional Park. The trails were relatively flat and wide. For the able-bodied, the trails were not challenging and utilized by walkers (humans and dogs), joggers, cyclists and bird watchers. A bridge connected the old Colony Farm with the Wilson Farm property. We didn't see any wildlife in the wetlands other than a few ducks in the Coquitlam River. The main parking lot was located at the entrance next to the community gardens. Clean washroom facilities were also available.
