There's a few amazing beginner trails that lead away from the park, and a nice, fairly broad, creek with multiple easy access points near the main park entrance. This park is perched on the side of a mountain, so there are some steep hills to navigate. It is fairly busy, so there will be groups of people and bikes moving all around you in your visit.
