McDonald Island — Attraction in Fort McMurray

I really don't like the way that there staffs are behaving, I was getting a monthly membership for my family and we were approved for a program and the applicant was my father, last time we get the monthly membership for the whole family including my father and this time, they didn't give a membership to my father and the lady in the customer services was very rude to us, she wasn't listening to me although I was asking her very kindly to tell me the reason why my father can't get a month pass, and she very rudely said "please, please I don't wanna listen anything about your last time membership, just get your month membership for the other members of family and I have people waiting on the line for me" but there was no one waiting behind us. It really made me upset with such a response I received from the lady, that was very very rude. Me and 8 pals decided to go to the pool have some fun, However all we got was very unprofessional staff questioning us on a baseless accusation against us, The lifeguard was very ignorant and rude they decided to blatantly ignore our side of the story(Which was that we had done nothing and were minding our own business) and threatened to kick us out. After a little while the 9 of us decided to leave and never come back 0/10 I would recommend just going to one of another half a dozen places with much better staff like the YMCA.
