This is a great little spot just outside of Wolfville where there is a pond to walk around and relax. There are small animals to view and in some cases pet. Ice cream with other local produce, plants, and goods are available. There are many farmer's markets in the area that are worth visiting, but this is one that you must see if you are here. The only one complaint is the cheap imported goods for sale that are marked up more than other local retailers and seemingly do not fit in with the traditional market feeling. However since I've grown up and now I have two children of my own I realize that this place is actually fairly expensive. Best before date was in 2 days yet there was black and green mold when I opened the rolls at home. They even smelled moldy. I Iive in Halifax so I'm not going back for a refund. I called and asked for a refund and the poor girl had to ask her supervisor. I guess they said no so she is calling the owner to see if they will give my $2.99 back. Really ? Fine.
