Parc Hampstead — Attraction in Hampstead

The residents of Hampstead should be very happy having this park. It has a pool that looks like it could be part of a resort with its loungers, a cute kids park, place for team sports and all the musical shows that are presented on Tuesday evenings throughout the summer. I found it very enjoyable the last couple of weeks.....even passing out refreshments to those attending. I know this all costs money but it looks like people are...

Love this park. My only pet peeve is the gigantic baseball field, that is almost never used for a two team play. Usually ppl just practising in one diamond, or one batter in the batting cage. This space really could be optimized. Give more space to the kids and dogs. The basketball field is ALWAYS in use, the pool is great, the volleyball field is fantastic. A playground for bigger kids with more picnic tables...

Never in my life have I heard of something so absurd. We called to ask if we could have BBQ at the park since we were planning a birthday. They told us we need to reserve a spot. It's a PUBLIC PARK! They then proceeded to tell us that they charge $100 for 2 hours and $235 for non-residents. Are you freaking kindling me!? I can't believe any part of Montreal would allow this, especially in a Public space. Beyond...
