I am very grateful to Anthea who took time out of her busy day yesterday to meet and discuss how to successfully meet both personal and financial goals in the business of art/craft. Today we set out on an adventure that brought us here expecting it to be A stop in our day of excursions. Well... this was the excursion. I always love seeing what has come of an old church. We sat blissfully in the eatery and enjoyed amazing authentic South African food. We all tried something different so we could share - including dessert ! All the while we soaked in the stories and some history shared with us by the owners who are emersed and enthusiastic in having you come and stay for a while (our 'visit' was 2 1/2 hours) The upstairs gallery is stocked full of amazing local art for sale along with some wares from abroad. My wife and I went to SaltSpray Design for the first time this past summer to get a ice cream cone and we both fell in love with the place and the owner. Anthea has such a inviting way about her and her art and designs are top notch. Now her food is by far some of the best I have tasted besides my wife's of coarse. Her pancakes are absolutely delicious and everyone should try them for sure. I purchased 3 bunnies from there, one of which she designed to look like my wife's bet bunny named Homer and my wife just loved them.
