It is a great place to have a walk in the woods, especially in summer, as it feels cooler in the shades. The trail is shared between hikers/pedestrians and bikers, which is kind of unfortunate for hikers, as there are a lot of bikers. The water flows pretty rapid, so it is not really a place for swimming, but there are plenty of places where you can just sit by the water and relax. There is one spot where a lot of people gather and have fun in water, but I find they are too many and you can clearly see some people drinking and vaping. Read moreAller faire une promenade en forêt (en pleine ville) à pied ou à vélo dans ce magnifique endroit dont l'entrée est gratuite , comprenant des chutes vous ne le regretterez pas. Il y a du stationnement gratuit sur 2 niveaux , tables de pique-nique, bacs pour vous reposez tout au long du sentier qui est d'ailleurs très large et bien entretenu. Les chiens sont permis en laisse et on ramasse les cacas bien-sûr, il est plus agréable de ne pas marcher dedans. 5 km de parcours ,regarder et prenez en photo la carte du parcours car lorsque vous croyez être arriver au bout du sentier, il y a une petite marche sur un trottoir de l'avenue du littoral pour vous rendre dans les sentiers de l'île vessot qui fait partie du 5 km....
