We spent the early part of the day here while waiting for check-in at our hotel. It's about 7 - 10 minutes drive from the Esplanade and it was a gorgeous day when we got here. We pitched our tent, ate our foods, floated in the lake and simply enjoyed the sights and sound of the surroundings. There's marked swimming area, numerous picnic tables and benches and running water, too. Free parking is a bonus 😀 TIP: arrive early for the peace and quiet because it gets busy as the day goes, but still not as busy as the Esplanade.

This was a super lovely beach! Bring your water shoes because it's a rocky one! Beautiful views and lots of space, there's picnic tables available to use if you'd like, mens and woman's washrooms, in the woman's washrooms there was also change room space, however, there's no doors on the changerooms. The day use area is very clean, I didn't see anything out of the ordinary on the beach or grassy areas. I went in the middle of the week in August and it was so quiet! I enjoyed it and hope to be back in the future!

It is beautiful with the lake and trees. I imagine the sunrise will be as amazing as the sunset. There's a trail that goes into the forest and slightly uphill. Easy to walk, great for a family outing. The beach area is nice and refreshing. Just be aware of rocks. Also I see people kayaking and swimming. There are a lot of people with BBQ machines during the weekends and holidays. However, it does not seem crowded at all. You can see the echo island from the beach and the water is more clear along the trail.

We were here with my friends last Sunday (August 2,2020). This is our first time to come to this park. There are lots of free parking spaces. We went early to get a good spot. By noon time people starting to fill the area. The water is nice and the also the place. There are lots you can do here such as kayaking, boating, swimming, picnic, hiking and many more. The Green Point is about one km away from Harrison Hot Spring. We decided to picnic here because parking at HHS is too hard to find.

Gorgeous place to swim and kayak. There is a big beach area (though rocky) and grassy picnic area as well. There were also people there with their campers spending the day and having lunch. Plenty of parking, but I imagine it does get very busy. About 5-10 minutes from the public beach in Harrison and offers an entirely different experience. Beautiful, clear water and views, but FYI - the water is cold year round!
