Cute little area with Huge tree's for folks who don't get to see them often, seems one was struck by lightning a while back but the trunk alone is still massive. The main pathway is pretty easy to navigate, and there is a lot of room for some fun pictures~ Absolutely gorgeous Flora.

Very cool little spot to check out. The trees are enormous. Worth checking out if you are interested in photography and it has many opportunities for some interesting shots. My fiancé and I stopped in our way to a fishing trip on the west coast and I am glad we did.

A great look at some natural giants. Parking is easy and the trail is quite short. The tree is dying, but the cycle is inevitable. Don't let the negative comments detour you. If you can, head a bit further down the road to access a beautiful riverside trail.

I Love going here. A trail to "the giant spruce" and other trails nearby. I go through out the year often. Always beautiful. The last time I went I got stuck driving the road lol but it was a fun time out. Be wary if going in the winter that getting stuck is a reality. Over the years I have had to get out twice now myself and have helped others. It happens, just make sure you either have recovery gear or know someone who can help you. Or park at riverlodge and walk or snowshoe - Riverlodge even does...

I wouldn't drive more then a few minutes for this attraction. That said I did drive 18 hours only to have our original plan fall through so we basically drove 18 hours to check out this tree.

If your in Kitimat and Like nature, then is a spot to check out. The ecology of this region is something amazing. Rainforest meets Mountains meets tundra. This is a BIG tree as well. Half of it has broken off but the tree is still alive. One star loss because this isn't something Id consider worth a...

This is an incredible forest with some beautiful tress. The giant spruce tree has started to fall apart over time so don't be disappointed if it's not as tall as expected. It is a bit sad seeing a giant fall but there are some other younger ones who are growing up nicely. This forest reminds me of a mini Cathedral Grove on Vancouver Island. Definitely worth a visit, especially for how easily...
