We went to their store in the old town of Quebec city. The sales man recommended apple ice wine to us. Because we bought apple ice wine before and we like it, so we bought 2 bottles. And he also recommended plum wine. We also bought one bottle. After we go home and opened the bottles, the tastes are totally wrong. These "wines" tatse like the alcohol I make in my basement. So I typed the words on the bottles to Google, and found out they are 'apple jelly cider' and 'cider with plum flavor'. A flavored cider is generally under $4 per can for 350ml or 500ml. This business sales a bottle of 375ml apple jelly cider at $17 and a bottle of 750ml cider with plum flavor at $22. The two wings offer a wide selection of meats, vegetables and fruit from local farmers. The middle section offers some food for those who are hungry. If you aren’t hungry from looking all the selection of cheeses, meats and fruit.
We decided to try the hotdog/sausage and the eatery sandwich. Sat outside and had a wonderful casual lunch. Next time we are going to do what the Quebec table next to us did. Get some bread. Cheese. Meat....

We didn't stay long, but really enjoyed the history and products in their store which include ciders of course and many jams, teas, etc. One thing especially fun was the unique items available, including Saskatoon Berry products. Having family in Saskatchewan, we're used to only seeing them at home and never realized that Saskatoons were available anywhere out of province (well except maybe for parts of Alberta, and maybe Manitoba?).
