The main attraction that is a old artisanal flour mill that is powered with hydro energy that propels a big wheel that goes about 10 rpm. With the help of a few ratios transfer gears that will jack it up to a surprisingly twelve hundred rpm which is required to crush the grains, lift and separate the product to specifications.

The staff are just really amazing Always trying to improve our visit and taking the time to listen and answer our many questions with in depth answers .

They're also a art center promoting artists and forming youths to all kinds of technics and different types of substrate.
