Kaloya Regional Park is a stunning outdoor oasis located near Okanagan Lake, perfect for a day of relaxation and recreation. This beautiful park features well-maintained trails that meander through lush forests, leading to picturesque views of the lake. The sandy beach area is a highlight, offering a great spot for swimming, sunbathing, or picnicking with family and friends. There are ample shaded areas for those looking to escape the sun, as well as picnic tables and benches scattered throughout the park. One of my favorite beaches in the Okanagan. Stunning, intimate and an oasis away from home!

It has a cozy vibe to it and yet feels spacious enough for groups to have their own space on the beach. The beach is sandy and moves into grass; it's sandy/rocky in the beautiful Kalamalka lake waters. Public restrooms, picnic tables and wheel-chair accessible parking lot and park.

There's a playground and open grass to toss frisbys or throw a ball around. An excellent spot for boats, kayaks, SUPs and swimming. Trails to walk with access points to the water.

You'll also find the Oyama General Store & ice cream nearby as well as Gatzke Farm Market, Pane Vine Pizzeria & Pedego Electric Bikes Oyama rental with lots of...

Great for family picnics, we stopped after picking up a barbecued chicken at Costco in Kelowna and our niece from the Kelowna Airport, as it was getting too late to drive home to Armstrong for supper. This was an excellent move as we were able to enjoy some of the best sights of an amazing pink sunset in the Okanagan that we have ever seen! We ate at a picnic table under a large tree which helped shield us from the passing rain storm which was more threatening in it's dark clouds than actual precipitation, it was a magical...

My favourite lake in the Okanagan so far, crystal clear and beautiful water, lots of space, not a lot of boats. Ideal for paddle boards. The water is not warm but is also not unbearably cold. There’s washrooms and a lot of green space to sit for a family picnic. Out of every lake and park we visited in this region, this is the only one that gets a 10 out of 10. With a paddle board or kayak you can easily reach the other side of the lake too, which is pretty nice for chilling away from other people.
