My boyfriend and I visited Oyama zip lines and adventure park for a full day of first zip lining, followed by the aerial adventure park.
For the zip lines, we booked early in the morning and ended up having a private tour with three of the most entertaining and energetic tour guides, Zachary, Simon and Jordan. They even allowed us to go upside down on two of the lines if we wanted to! The zip line tour had 7 zip lines that were all unique with the longest one being around half a kilometre.
For the adventure park, they have three courses that vary in difficulty, from easy to hard. You can choose to skip out on the difficult ones, but we chose to do them all!We also had a super fun and positive team helping us the whole time. Also, if you ever feel like you canât continue in the course, they always have people ready to come rescue you at all times.
Overall, this was a great experience. We had an action packed day full of adventures surrounded by wonderful people. Not to mention the beautiful views! Furthermore, we were extremely satisfied with the price as we started our first tour at 11am and ended at 5pm, for a price of around $150. For a full day of fun, this was definitely worth the price!! This experience is perfect for families, couples and individuals alike. We would highly recommend going, and we will certainly be visiting again!
If we had to give any criticism, it would be that the facilities only has porta-pottyâs and not a full-size bathroom. However, the porta-pottyâs are continuously cleaned and private and if you need anything they will be happy to help you at...
Read moreWe're visiting from Vancouver with a couple friends from the states and 3 of us decided to tackle the aerial obstacle course. I purchased tickets in advance but we ended up showing up an hour n 15 ish minutes earlier than our reservation because our earlier plans fell through. We asked the front desk if we were able to start earlier and they were able to do that for us which we appreciated so much!!
There was a very thorough explanation in the beginning and guide on how to go through the obstacle course including a small area to practice.
Once we all completed the practice run we did both the green and blue run. As someone whose terrified of heights the green one was actually very enjoyable and not too scary. The blue one towards the end I definitely got in my head and siked myself out but the guide was very encouraging including my friends and after a few minutes I made it across! There's also a black run which is the most difficult one I believe? And it seemed a lot higher. My friends and I opted out as we were already exhausted! It's a workout for sure !
Overall we had a ton of fun and we really appreciated all the help from our guide! Liv was our guide and she was awesome! All the staff we encountered was also very kind!! Definitely...
Read moreWe recently spent a glorious day "zipping" at Oyama Zipline Adventure Park! Right from the start, the staff were friendly and so very helpful! The check in was quick and simple with added info re drinking water availability and washroom location. Next we met our Zip guides. We were given clear instruction regarding equipment and safety. Each "zip" had something different which made the adventure even more fun! One of our group needed special assistance and this was provided with the most care and respect. A huge thank you to our experienced guides, Terin and Yoann, who were so friendly, easy to talk to and had many tips and suggestions to make our experience even more memorable. This was very much appreciated by our group! As far as zipping in late September, it was coolish but very pleasant. You might want to be ready with a hoodie and maybe long pantsâŚ.something to think about. Couldnât end this review without a reference to the â beastââŚ.the rig that took us all to the beginning of our zip experience. That was another fun adventure you donât get everyday. Hang on and enjoy that too! We will be back...We are sure of that! Corinne Almas, Dan Wray, Madeline Morrison and...
