I recently returned to Leamington after 8 to 10 years—last time I was here, I was starting to study at the University of Windsor and had visited the southernmost point of Canada, Point Pelee National Park, a few times. There is limited parking, but it's free.
The walk on the wooden boardwalk through the woods takes about 40 minutes if you stroll casually.
Lots of flora to see and some incredible trees.
The best time to visit is spring when the Trillium are in bloom. There are literally 1000s of them throughout the woods. I saw all colours of trillium from the common white, to the pink, and the more rare burgundy too!
No picnic tables that I could see but grassy areas for a blanket. No restrooms so prep the family before you head out.

Lots of enjoyable boardwalks to mindfully walk upon. Take your time, it's not a race. If you can walk it in 15 minutes, next time I invite you to walk it in 30 minutes, or more! Keep an eye out for the not so common Black Gum trees that we have here too.
