This is an annual event held in August at Tuna wharf at Wedgeport. As well as watching the fishing contestants have their Tuna catch weighed, you can visit the museum and find out more about the history of the area and the history of Tuna fishing in the region. In addition to live music in the festival's tent, there are lots of home made, freshly made seafood and barbeque delicacies to be had at a very reasonable price.
