Loved it. Stayed at cousins cottage on east side of lake. Great swimming, other cottages were fairly quiet and respectful. Minimal insects (late August) Only there for 2 1/2 days so didn't get into town at all, can't speak to local amenities but great spot for vacation at cottage, several available to rent...

Pretty lake. Nice, calm water. Not too much boat traffic. Very weedy though so you have to take the boat out to deeper water to swim if you don't like the muck and weeds...
