Amazing day in the Forest in the Heavy Rain. You can access this trail right from the top of 236th Street. In reality this starts as Bear Claw Loop Trail. If you do a search for Maple Ridge Trail you can see it connect from Bear Claw as you make your way East towards Golden Ears. Well groomed trails for most of the hike, amazing greenery small streams to take your mind of everyday stress. Great for Dogs and children too. Just have good footwear for the downhill sections.

Great place to hike. Intermediate up and downs to enjoy all the natural has to offer. Go with caution especially during rainy days. Trail get slippery in certain sections.

Signage and gps a bit confusing, trying to find a start and finish point but nice. Very steep down to the creek, then back up again. Wouldn't bother a second time.

A fairly light hike taken up to Mike Lake. Well marked with mostly mild inclines all the way up. Mostly protected from the sun on a hot day. Not too much for scenery for most of it. Had some cool sections where all up can see is tree trunks extending to the distance with little underbrush which provided a neat looking optical...

Shared hiking and horse trail that connect the north end of 240th Street and the Main Corral in Golden Ears Park. While not directly on the trail there is a fabulous view to be had by scrambling up the rocks to the left (if you are headed toward Golden Ears Park) of the water storage tanks (approx 1km from the trail head...
