Fort McNab National Historic Site — Attraction in McNabs Island

This fort was used during several major conflicts dating back to the 1800's and up to the Second World War. Lots of areas are open and ready to explore, although some graffiti is present since the area is unsupervised. Highly recommend a good flashlight for exploring some of the deeper areas to get a better appreciation of your surroundings...

Great place to visit and go for a morning hike! Only accessible by boat but if you can get yourself over there definitely worth it! (Lots of wild delicious blueberries along the path, and some raspberry bushes a little further in...

Awesome island. 4 hour hike from our starting point to end point. Lots to see. Beautiful views. Need lots of water to drink. Plenty of bug spray. Pretty nice beach....
