The park recently underwent renovations, replacing sand with wood chips and adding new slides. The reason I find the new slides potentially risky for kids is due to their design. These slides have a ripple wavey type of design, which could lead to accidents if a child's arm or leg gets caught in the waves while sliding down. There's just one baby swing, potentially causing wait times. However, I'm pleased to report that there are now two benches for seating, which is an improvement. Garbage cleanup has also gotten better compared to before. Overall, the park is good for families but still needs attention to safety...

Sadly the old playground they replaced was better than the new one. We lost the swirly slide, tire swing, wobbly bridge, glider and additional baby swings. However, the park area and path are quite nice, the soccer field is well maintained and there are some pretty blossoming trees, it's just a shame they didn't do a better job with...
