I was going to rate this 2 stars but the slopes ended up being fun.
If I had brought my own equipment I probably would have rated 4 stars.
This was my first visit to this resort, I got my tickets and rental ticket online. The tickets tell you to get there between 9-10 if you have a 10-2 (4 hours) ticket. We arrived there at 9:30 and I immediately went to the rental office for my equipment. The two kids running the front desk of it were little to no help right off the bat, there was no indication of where to stand and then the two kids never look up to help you. After filling my waiver I had to go back and ask for next steps and was only asked for my boot size and left alone on a bench. It was the wrong size and the kid was gone so I had to wait a while to flag him back down again to get a size up. The bad experience really was that I was in line for my snowboard for SO long and the cabin SO SMALL. People try the boots in the middle and the line does the inner perimeter of the cabin around the benches. None of the employees were enforcing COVID rules that were on posters. Some of the other guests kept taking off their masks and no one was practicing social distancing. Not to mention it was incredibly warm in there, we're 50+ people crammed into a tiny cabin and they're pumping the heat in so much some of the employees were in their t-shirts! I went in there at 9:30 and only came out at 10:50. I lost an hour of my allocated time just to stand around.
I'm not sure what they could do to improve this system but if I had known it was going to be like this, I wouldn't have come here.
Not to mention on my way out when I left, there was again no clear instructions or help to return my equipment. I had to flag down one of the kids again for what to do with the boots and he just told me to put them back where I found them. So does that mean they don't clean/spray any of the equipment??? No wonder my snowboard boots smelled so bad.
For the mountain itself, it's smaller than other hills I've visited, they have a nice amount of trails but were only running 2 lifts. It was a VERY packed day and the lift lines were a bit long so it was odd they weren't running the 3rd lift.
They had two areas with outhouses which was nice, no need to go inside the lodge.
If I were to come here again, I would probably try to do evening visit instead to avoid the crowds and I would try to have my...

First I registered my toddler for the parent tot lessons. I inquired via email about making sure the package I bought included a parent lift pass as the parent needs to accompany the child during the lesson. On the first day of lessons I pick up the lesson package but am told to go inside for the parent lift pass. I go up to the front desk and show the invoice, but the person Iβm dealing with deletes my email βby accidentβ and says it was just an invoice and that I didnβt complete the purchase. I then proceeded to say βI wasnβt provided that information when I received the invoice, there were no instructions to complete a purchaseβ I assumed that they had just charged the same card I had purchased the lessons with. Anyways long story short the person at the desk starts giving me attitude for no apparent reason when I try to provide some feedback on the email interaction I had and calls me disrespectful for providing feedback. That did not sit well with me, I tell Teagan the manager that I have been dealing with to stop giving me attitude and to just issue me a day pass so I can proceed with my lesson as I have a 3 year old waiting for me who need to start his lesson. That was the first issue, unnecessary attitude from who I found out was the manager. We then go to our lesson, once it finishes we take off our skis and leave them on the rack, to go inside change and go home. We went inside for less than 10 minutes, come outside and my husbands brand new skis and brand new ski poles are missing. Sure enough they were stolen. We go back to the front desk, of course have to deal with the same person who gave me attitude earlier that morning. So I make my husband interact with her because of course if she sees me, she wonβt help. Essentially there is nothing they can do about the stolen skis, the cameras donβt work, weβre told to just send an email and they will check the skis at the end of the day. They didnβt even take our number if by chance someone happens to turn them in within the hour to the front desk. All in all this was the worst ski hill experience weβve ever encountered. It was our sons first ever ski lesson and ski experience and it was absolutely terrible. We will never be...
