Did hike 2 days ago on Tuesday. A rigorous and demanding hike for my spouse and me, 61 and 60 years old respectively. As a matter of fact the oldest couple we met were in their mid 40's.
It took us about 6 hours including a 20 minutes lunch break. We took the expert path going up and did the loop afterwards skipping one of the summit's.
We bought our passage at a convenience store at Saint-Aimé-des-Lacs. Google Maps took us the shortest route but not the right one because of poor road conditions. We had to take an extended detour to get there.
Very happy nonetheless because of the spectacular views but also because of unique the alpine...

Just take note that the route leading to the trailhead is a gravel road and you need a really good car to get there. You need to pay the entrance fees at the Dépanneur du Lac Brûlé (also, don't forget to take a picture of the indications to how to get to the trailhead).
