Honestly so worth coming here! Me and my friends planned a ski trip to Tremblant and decided to come here one of our days! Great size hill with several different areas and slopes to explore. We went towards the end of the season, and even then they had all runs open and almost all their lifts running! The slopes are groomed daily and the staff are incredibly friendly. This is a much cheaper option compared to Tremblant, and definitely worth it! The food court was very cheap compared to Tremblant pricing and everything tasted delicious! They also had an animal pen with several different farm animals under the chalet area and they all seemed very happy! 10/10 recommend!!

Fun ski hill, has 2 snow park sections, 4 lifts and the main summit and versant nord. There was alot of people parking everywhere, I showed up before noon and had to park down the street at the 2nd parking lot, which was ok as they had a shuttle service to bring you there and back. The chalet was extra crowded and super packed. The mountain is not very tall but pretty wide so the slopes have quite the variety, go on the versant nord for more challenging runs. The ticket for 4h cost me 71$ which is expensive

This is our third year skiing at Mont Blanc for the Ontario March Break. The first year we stayed at one of the parking lot condos which was nice and convenient. Last year we tried a local Air BnB which was very nice but a 10 minute drive away. This year I decided to give a "slopeside" condo here a try for convenience.

Unfortunately I am very unhappy with my "Condo Faustin" experience. I understood it to be ski in ski out as it is listed on the page with a first paragraph that states "all with ultimate ski-out and base of mountain convenience". The paragraph for Condo Faustin describes it as 500 feet from the chairlift. It is more than 500 feet as the crow flies and you cannot walk or ski to it but must drive about 3,250 feet to the parking lot where the closest lift is located. This totally changed our planned stay as now we had to drive back and forth with skiis and pack food for lunch or go back in the van to the condo. The reception did offer a 10% discount but I am still not satisfied. This is clearly misrepresented.

The condo itself is a bit dated and not "recently refurbished". Signage and directions ask us to park in front of the building but the only keyed entrance is off to the side. That entrance was designed for a proper in and out and has the hangers for coats and tiled area for skis and boots, etc. Parking in front also makes the driving very tight. The parking lots on the sides are quite large however so I'm not sure why they want the occupants of the main floor units to park out front.

The keyed door is very finicky. The sliding front and back patio doors are tough as the tracks are not straight. The bedroom doors do not fully close and therefore cannot lock.

The TV is the 90s style though built in 2004. It is about 26" and SD only. Only RCA inputs.Like the TV the appliances are dated but they work well enough. Couple of the fridge door shelf guards are bent.

Any movement above is heard from the main floor unit even though our neighbours were not being particularly noisy. The second and third floor do require a hike up stairs that I presume is explained when bookings are made.

The toaster crumb pan was taped on with electrical tape and fell off when I picked it out of the cupboard to use.

The unit is otherwise neat and clean and functioning. Nice fireplace. Good bedding. Good selection of dinnerware and utensils. Beds are comfortable, including the pull out. A little bit of road noise but not enough to wake one up.

I was disppointed to hear that the pool will be closed after next season (2018/2019). The pool and hot tub really make staying at the resort a plus and a major incetinve for booking. I presume there will be a replacement or more hot tubs. Outdoor hot tubs would be a big plus.

The skiing itself is a very good and the staff and instructors are great. Good value and family friendly in that regard as noted by others.

The major issue is that this is not a ski in ski out and unless they cure that issue I would not recommend staying at Condo Faustin. It would be better to be at the parking lot condo or one of the other sites that are...

Coming back from a 5 day family vacation to ski mont blanc condo, and we would like to share some information. ||We have been to this place several times before, but we find this time the service and administration crew has changed alot. The reception guy is not friendly at all and speaks rudely. ||Upon arrival in the condo prestige we found an underwear on the door hook of one of the rooms, juice bottle under the sofa, and KitKat wrappers under the drawer. I don't know what type of cleaning was done especially at this time of covide. ||We called the reception, however after 4pm no one answers your call so we left a message. The next morning, when we called back, a guy named Francois answered the phone. We explained that we left a message and no one returned the call. He said he was busy answering other customer calls. We asked him to have some more towels and he answered rudely by saying that we need to wash the towels because this is not a hotel. I explained that this was not mentioned to us during our reservation and we did not know that during our vacation we had to do laundry. He finally said that he will send us more towels until we rewash what we had.||When we mentioned to him about the underwear found, and other stuff he said "ah ok I will mention this to the cleaning crew". ||We did not find the room prep as satisfactory as the past, and was unacceptable for us especially during the sanitary crisis. ||Also, in the past we use to pass by reception to pick up the keys and have some explanation about the site, services, and what can you do etc.. but now the keys are left in a box at the condo and no one explains to you any details. We found this all unfortunate that the administration is rude since it's a great place, location, and calm...
