I was disappointed with my experience at this park. We chose it specifically because barbecuing was permitted. However, while we were eating, a staff member insisted we move our barbecue, claiming it would burn the grass, even though it was safe where we had it. She went so far as to put her hand underneath the barbecue to prove her point, which felt unnecessary and intrusive... it was not hot. Despite our reassurances, she wouldn't accept that it was safe and gorced us to remove it. The entire experience left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Overall great experience! I went with my class a few years ago and it was so fun and we made so many great memories!! I just didn't like the fact that while we were cross country skiing, the monitor was going way to fast and we got lost in the middle of no where. She expected us to be fast but it was my first time skiing. No one was in the back of the line of students supervising. One kid broke his ski and no one was there to help him.
