Parc-nature du Bois-de-L'Île-Bizard beach — Attraction in Montreal

Everything is nice except the beach.You can't call that a beach, it's a swamp. It needs a big time cleaning. First of all before you even get to the water, you have pockets of dried fuel everywhere. And if you make it in the water, you will need water shoes for the first 2 meters. The beach is dirty and neglected and needs clean sand. It's just dirt, fuel and rocks....

Have not visited for a few years, in fact the last time I was there the cost for parking the whole day was $2.50. Today it's $8.00 for 2hrs??? Are you fxxing kidding me? Way to promote going out for a healthy walk in nature... must be for all the rich people living around the golf courses. I turned around and left, because the permit box could not even read my...

L’hiver, c’est un coin de paradis tranquille sans âme qui vive aux alentours. Point de vue époustouflant avec Oka tout au loin de l’horizon… j’avais garé la voiture au complexe sportif St Raphaël et on a marché à travers les sentiers balisés, au milieu des bois et sur les ponts de bois qui traversent les marécages… jusqu’à ce point de chute. 5 à 6km pour mériter notre récompense. La nuit est tombée un peu plus rapidement que prévu, impossible de revenir sur nos pas dans la pénombre alors on a commandé un Uber… Mais au bout du monde, même Uber ne retrouve pas son chemin, alors il a fallu persévérer un bon 20min pour se retrouver, et rejoindre finalement notre monture. Belle aventure ! On y reviendra le printemps ou l’été, mais j’imagine que ce doit être bondé de monde !

Attention, la maison qui offre des tables pour casser la croûte et des toilettes...
