Went for a hike but the trails have no markings or blazing. Very easy to get lost so make sure you have a good map, or (as I did) a good app for your phone - it's a real mess of old roads, and bike trails. The trails are not maintained so lots of overgrowth and debris - think tick and mosquitos heaven!! Bring lots of bug spray. The main trails are heavily used by horses so they are torn up and lots of horse droppings to avoid - very sandy soil which makes walking that much more difficult. Read moreGood place for a family MTB ride. Most trails are mild. Huge forest. Our 11 year old could tackle all climbs and descends. 9 year old had to walk a few sections.
It is not the most maintained area though. Trails are fine, but not many signs or directions. Trails also disappeared from the Trail Forks app.
Free parking and lots of parking spots available.
The trail called Lollipop is the best flowy loop.
