Spirit Sands Trail is a hike not to be missed when in Spruce Woods provincial park. Hike begins through beautiful forest on a sandy path (we walked barefoot) up hills. After about 2 km on the short trail, we climbed a large sand dune and ended up on the edge of the desert. Magnificent scenery!
