Mark and his family are so nice! They welcomed my friend and I with open arms, invited us to their fire, and gave us beer. Campground itself is beautiful, with grassy areas and a large beach on the river. Great place to tent camp. Would highly recommend!

From the city of Saint John if you drive to Grand Bay and take a free ferry with your car on Saint John River and it will bring you here after a few min drive.

They went above and beyond to accommodate me when I came through on my motorcycle. Beautiful views too. Thanks guys.

The beach and swimming is awesome here. The food is fair price for sure, however the portions are smaller I would say. The chilli fries were super cold when we got them. If your veg or vegan bring food unless you want fries or onion rings. The campground needs to post thier site map and number thier sites. And add online booking. Seems like your paying full hook up prices even if your in the middle of the parking lot because theirs a pole 60 feet away.... Its definitely worth going and if they add/change those things mentioned it would be rated much...

Rating based on beach and parking. Access to the beach is a pay for access setup but it doesnt appear as though the money in reinvested into infrastructure at all. This place would be much more desirable if the grounds were maintained, maybe some fill brought in for the parking area and the parking area mowed out to the road, some trees trimmed or cut, proper paths created and some paint and siding replaced. It has massive potential it just needs some work to get to a...

From trying times to wonderful times! The canteen has the best Onion Rings ever! Eat on the beach or the bar is open and the drinks are cold. Laid back flip flop kind of place - with excellent swimming. Mooring rental available this year. When the weather is fine they are OPEN!!! Go from Saint John to warm up - head down from Fredericton to cool off ;) Thank you Mark...
