Epic ziplines and awesome obstacles. I love being high up in the trees and tackling difficult obstacles! I would go back again and again! Perfectly priced at 38$. Affordable for family fun for 3 hours. It can be physically challenging in some parts, but lots of areas to get off if you need to. One of the aspects I enjoyed most is that you spend the entire course high in the trees. You only come down once in the middle. Very well done. Never felt unsafe. 12 ziplines in total and numerous obstacles. The forest is georgous. Unique views of the forest like never before.

We did longer ziplines before but never did this kind of courses. The obstacles are quite intense specially if you’re scared of heights but overall it’s really a fun experience. Me, my boyfriend and our friends enjoyed our time at Treego Mactaquac. The guides are also friendly and patient with us as we were the last group to finished the course and they even obliged to take a photo with us. Definitely will be back again next summer! Thank you Treego for a great memory!

Very cool and scenic, but there is too much tension in the lifelines and it forces the carabiners to rub on the wires which they (the guides) told us to avoid. The courses are not well identified and I only realized I was at the last stage when I finally saw a ladder to get down. It was a beautiful experience and I have no regrets. Many blisters and both arms are sore, it’s a full body workout. Loved my time at treego mactaquac.

Such a fabulous place with Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!

We were planning to go and have an awesome family adventure! Of course we did our homework! Read the websites policies and height requirements, call the toll free line, TWICE, to clarify the regulations. We were told all children over eleven who can stand flat foot and reach 5'11" with the tips of the fingers could participate. I called and asked if there was any other specific requirements such as being able to grip at something at 5'11". Was told no , just reach 5'11" on flat foot. No problem our youngest reached over 5'11. So we are on our way! An hour an a half drive but we didn't mind because this was going to be awesome family fun!

However, when we arrived there does happen to be more specific requirements. The child must be flat footed against a wall reaching both hands above the head behind the ears. This way with both hands over the head against a wall actually reduces the reach by over an inch resulting in 5'10 and 3/4! Of course we did not want our child to do a course that could be potential dangerous! That is why we did the homework and called Twice before heading out. We were told by staff (many) that this is a common problem. Another parent who had attended numerous times said this happens frequently, including to her the previous year.

As parents we simply did not want to arrive and have to disappoint our son who was so exited! Two, we would not have made the hour and a half drive that ate up $100 in gas! We called the toll free number to express our disappointed and to suggest a more accurate description on the website and by staff over the phone. We were switched to the owner who was extremely impolite! This was a very simple call that could have been handled easily with a little kindness and compassion! He would not let me finish speaking and kept interrupting with a repetitive answer of "well ma'am we have height restrictions in place for the safety of your child" I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, perhaps he has had 3 calls already today and was just armed and defensive. So I patiently attempted to explain that the height restriction was not the issue, of course safety is extremely important, the issue is that the description on the website should be more accurate and that staff should be able to give a clear example of the actual measuring requirements. The man was quite angry and continued to give the same rehearsed answer and started to go a little past impolite. Very surprising and sad because this is such a wonderful adventure otherwise! I finished the conversation with stating, he could easily have ended the call quickly and politely by saying he understood the frustration and that they would look into having a more accurate description in the future! Simple answer with courteous customer service! Works wonders!

That being said the staff were kind, polite and knowledgeable! The women at the front desk, Another thing I really like about the staff, although many of them were pretty young, they were attentive with the kids and really seemed to be interested in what they were doing and were clearly knowledgeable!

So to wrap it up, Treego is a wonderfully fun adventure in a fabulous water park area with a variety of family activities, Great staff! Mediocre when it comes to website information and HORRIBLE customer service from the owner!

...on a side note, we called the toll free number on the way and spoke to the owners wife to get the address and directions form the highway (as my phone with the details had died). She said she didn't know, asked if we had gps or knew someone we could call. I laughed and pulled into a service...

I’m writing this review late but last summer I had a reservation to go up in the trees as I had done it as a kid and had a great time now at 26 I had gained a few pounds but I am still athletic and had complete confidence I could do it it was cold on the day so I wore sweatpants and when we got there they had 1 size fits all harnesses and I couldn’t get them on so I had no choice but to not go and not only was it embarrassing but they have a no refund policy so their solution was a rain check and I’m like a rain check for what so I can come next time and you not be able to take me again??? That’s unacceptable if you don’t provide equipment for people and it’s not their fault there should 100% be a refund available then there is the fact they lose so many customers by not providing equipment for bigger people and if your wondering I’m 6’4” 265 lbs

All in all not a good look hope this...

I'm not a huge fan of heights, so I didn't finish the course (they did look very fun). Anyway, I was told I could follow my participating friend on the trail way as she went through, so I did. Eventually, though, I was standing and talking with another gentleman waiting on his family. we started to notice we hadn't seen anyone in a while. They left us there. The "TreeGo guys" just didn't tell us they were leaving OR point towards the exit. So we were lost. Had to hike through a marsh to just get back out to the main road. When I got back to the main center, I realized that instead of doing their job and making sure, I and buddy had made it safe outta the woods they sent in my sister. Who I then had to go and find myself. What I mess. Felt like I paid 45 dollars to get left in the woods. Just...
