Champney's West Aquarium — Attraction in Newfoundland and Labrador

We stumbled upon this gem an aquarium. We went with our children ages 7 and 10. This place is very charming with touch tanks featuring local sea creatures and guides to provide you with interesting facts. There's also a pebble beach in the back great for skipping stones. Our 3-year-old loved the touch tanks and seeing the variety of marine life. It's a very nice set up with a lot of information. I appreciated the stools so that my daughter could see better and there were towels to dry your hands.

This place was awesome!!! The employees there were so great and so informative! Any question we asked they had an answer! They took their time with you and you didn’t feel as they were rushed.
