From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning architecture of the boutique , beautifully maintained vineyards, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere that defines this exceptional winery.

Our experience was elevated by the outstanding service provided by Marcela, our knowledgeable wine attendant. Marcela was not only friendly and approachable but also incredibly passionate about the wines and the winemaking process. She guided us through a carefully curated tasting, sharing her insights on the unique characteristics of each varietal and how the local terroir contributes to their exceptional flavors. Her calm and sweet voice made the experience both informative and enjoyable.

The tasting room itself is beautifully designed, with large windows and black and white photos of the pioneers on their wall breathtaking views of the vineyards and surrounding landscapes. It’s a perfect spot to relax and soak in the beauty of the region while sampling some of the finest wines available.

We had a really great time at Konzelmann. We did a tasting and we were helped by Shawn. Shawn was a fantastic staff member, very enthusiastic and personable. We really enjoyed our tasting with him. However, I need to mention that a staff member who is at the reception area of the winery named Megan came over during our tasting two times asking if we were done here. You could tell that it was busy and she wanted us to leave so she could fill our spot with someone else. Unfortunately, they seemed understaffed at the winery that day, and Shawn was the only person serving all of the tastings at the time, and we had about five minutes between each wine that was poured for us while he entertained other guests, which was not in our control. The first time Megan came over we said we still had some more tastings to do. The second time Megan came over and said are you guys almost done here, we typically allot only 15 minutes per tasting? We were taken aback at how pushy she was and then reminded her that we are not in control of how fast our wine is poured for our tastings, and we are still waiting for another tasting to be done. She was very rude. Did not apologize for being pushy towards us at all. She just went with her day. She made us feel rushed and unwelcome. I came for a tasting a few weeks prior with a different friend and had a very similar experience with Megan, where she was very rude and unwelcoming. I felt that she was watching us like a hawk when we went to use the washroom. After being treated like that by the receptionist, I do not want to return and I won’t be...
