Laurentian Ski Hill — Attraction in North Bay

Attended Sat Feb 15, 2025 just after a few cms of snow overnight. Main chalet at top of hill was easy to purchase tickets and rentals. Rental staff were excellent and got my kids measured and ready to go quickly. Had private lessons by Peter and Samantha. They were excellent and really helped my kids get better as novice skiers. Being a snowboarder in his 40s, I really appreciated the benches just beside the lift exits to put my bindings on easier. The snack bar beside the rental area was nice to grab a quick snack and head back out to the hill. I did not try the restaurant off from the bottom of the hill, but it was operating. Having a ski/snowboard hill right in town is such a blessing. We are able to go out after work on weekdays for a night run or go for full days on the weekend. Their prices are fair, the staff are friendly and it seems to be a fairly well maintained hill. It's a small hill with only a handful of runs, but it's enough to scratch the itch and the terrain park is very well done! UPDATE YOUR SITES! Last weekend I drove up from Sudbury thinking the hill was open just to find out its closed when i arrive. There were atleast 2 other groups that drove from put of town too. Your site stated the hill is open and that most trails were open and running. All other hill mark themselfs as “temporarly closed” as soon as the season ends so yall better get your stuff together cuz this im sure affected lots of people who could have went else...
