We come down to this little, secluded bay where you can wander and skip rocks at low tide! Beautiful trails to explore in the forested area to the beach. Outhouses are conveniently located near the parking area, a couple of picnic tables in a grassy field or just take your picnic to the beach. Main trail (gravel) is well maintained but is a little steep as you near the beach. If you have difficulty walking you may have to stop at the beach unless someone assists you to maneuver over the logs in order to reach the water(low tide) high tide there isn’t much beach. If you want to be comfortable bring a foamy it's mostly rock. The water is not very deep, it's shallow for quite a distance and when the tide goes out there is lots of empty space available.
