Great park to get your heart rate up. More of a local workout park than a destination hike. Very nice trails and signs, lots of places to stop and enjoy the forest. Trees have grown quite a bit in the past, but can still see down to both Tsehum Harbour and Pat Bay from the top if you get the angle right. Can also watch planes landing at the airport. Great sunset lighting for taking photos of spring flowers. Parking lot can get a little busy at times, so heads up.

Seems like a great place. Mostly used it as a stretching the legs and grabbing a bite to eat before moving on. Definitely would love to come back and get a good hike in and see what the rest of the area has to offer.

Beautiful trees and plants. Well marked trails, I did Lookout Loop which was a nice walk for my dog and I. Very quiet and only encountered one person. So good if you’re wanting some space away from people.

North Hill Park is a pretty big place. It is located to the west of the Patricia Bay Highway as if you were heading to the ferries. The parking lot is located off of Wayne Road and Tatlo Road. There is parking for approximately 20 Vehicles including handicapped parking. It's a park with a crushed gravel and mulch trail. There are a couple of picnic tables and a two-sided public washroom which is well kept. Horses and dogs are allowed on the trails. The park is kind of small and has an elevation of 136 metres. It's full of Garry oak and arbutus. At the top you have partial views...

Quiet local wooded park covering most of Horth Hill. Park and trails system are big enough for a couple of hours walk, there are views to the south over Sidney and the Saanich inlet from the sandstone bluffs on the southern slope near the top. The woodland varies from towering evergreens at the foot of the hill to arbutus and Garry oak at the...
