I was sooo disappointed this evening when we were given an ultimatum, stay and get pictures with my service dog who didn't have her vest on for photos but can't post them with my fb friends and family or stay and just get the 6 photos. My service dog is an extension of me , I wouldn't be going there if it weren't for her or anywhere else if it weren't for her . If dogs aren't allowed then you should say specifically!!! Maybe I should have asked when I made my appointment , however I don't ask walmart , winners , garden centre, home hardware , grocery stores restaurants, etc if I can bring her it's accepted. While I'm not able to visit nearly as much as I would prefer, every time I am able to visit, staff and owners alike have always treated me spectacularly and no issues have been had. They've made ticket purchases for events and the like user friendly and seldomly confusing. They take care to update patrons on last minute closures as quickly as can be across multiple platforms to minimize impact on visitors.
