What a beautiful park. A must visit. The hiking is quite difficult, so I do not recommend this for a beginner. Bring waterproof shoes because some part of the trails are very soaky. Avoid going if it is raining because I think it is dangerous since the hike is very steep unless you are an expert hiker. The trail that I did is called "le belvédere de la croix”because I wanted to see the cross. I also did "prud'homme". Both trails have...

We did the Pinède trail. Arduous to get there but trails well marked. We did about 12 km in all but took our time and talked to other hikers. One of my favorite parks for hiking because not to far from Montreal.

Today my girlfriend and I did the Massif trail loop with an extra hike up Mont Prud'homme for a total of 14.3 kilometers.

It was cool in the woods when we left in the morning but got hot when we finished (35 degrees with humidex factor).

The difficulty of this trail was the length but a part from that nice hike for the views and the portions on trails A, "Sentier national" and B for...

This park is wonderful! Little natural surprises can be found along every trail, like small streams and flowing water. The green trail was a great hike, but the viewpoint was a bit underwhelming. The pink trail was shorter, but had a stunning viewpoint! Parking was easy and trails were clearly marked. Bear in mind: the toilets are more like outhouses so... yeah, there's that 😅. Also, it was significantly muddier than anticipated. Though the added sense of adventure was good fun, we had mud up to our ankles. The more swampy sections also consequently attracted more bugs, so bug spray may be a good addition to your backpack.

Amazin trails with beautiful nature and good facilities. Suspension bridge is a must see especially close to the sunset. Note that the bridge has a different entrance and it is not at the main entrance. To access that entrance your car has to pass from a super bumpy road. There are shortcuts also in the trails when you are running out of time to go back quickly to the information cabin and the parking.
