Had trouble finding lots of information on this place (at least in English), so here's some helpful info. for those travellers in the same position. Tickets to skate are roughly $15 USD per person. They stamp your hand so you can go in and out as you please, or head back at night to skate the trails light up. Skate rentals are available for $5ish. Wear your shoes in and there is a room with benches to change into your skates. Then you leave your shoes there (unattended but feels safe there). You can take push carts with seats free of charge to help with balance. Near the main building there is a snack shack and a maple sugar stand. From here you are free to skate the trails! Trails are not really marked but you can just loop as you please and keep a general sense of direction as to where your homebase is. There are areas along the way to see animals like goats and deer. Trails are well maintained and it's so much fun. When you return you can turn your ticket in on the way out in exchange for small bottles of locally made maple syrup, honey, etc. Overall, it was a fun experience that just felt a little tough to get through the opening process (as someone who can't speak or read french), but that is on me and not them. Great fun!

For those who loves skating and enjoys nature this place is a perfect blend! We visited it on the Christmas day and we loved it! There's enough trails and space for both speed skating and family experience, though the trails that were on the outskirts of the forest were not in a good condition for skating. It was quite challenging to skate on the bumpy mixture of snow and ice. However, taking into account the holiday season, it would be great to feel its spirit in this kind of place, too. There was not a single decoration or Christmas lights to be seen anywhere. Also, having visited similar spots, it might be a good idea to put some speakers on the trees and play some quiet music. Especially for the night skating. We felt it was missing. We would also suggest to bring your own snacks/food to eat and your preferred coffee/ tea to drink. There's a place where you can sit indoors and take a break. The rent of skates and supports for skating is available at 10$ per item. Overall, I would recommend this experience. We wish there was this kind of place a bit closer to Montreal.

I stopped here on a trip between Montréal and Québec City in February 2024 and enjoyed my experience skating here and viewing the cute animals alot. There was one thing that left me dissapointed, which was a lack of transparency about the "free product". We were told upon day pass purchase that we would get a free product at the conclusion of our visit (we chose the honey and maple syrup), but later discovered we were charged $18 for the two small bottles. I understand the land the skating trail is on is agricultural land and that the owners, whose primary business is beekeeping, have a legal right to charge an agricultural fee. I have no problems with this - in fact I am happy to support agriculture/farming, but you do not need to be deceptive with customers. In addition, we were not told at the day pass purchase that much of the trails would be unfit for skating due to melting conditions - a heads up would have been appreciated since falls are more common with slush conditions. I understand a language barrier may have prevented this.

Went on a busy Sunday. We had a really great time on the trails, which were refreshed while we were there. The skating experience itself was very nice.

However, the entrance is not well-organized, and we did not realize we needed to wait in ́line even though we purchased tickets online (my partner is fluent in French, so it was not a language issue on our part). It was busy enough that we just walked through without realizing we had skipped the line and without anybody scanning our digital ticket. Another thing I did not appreciate is that you are forced to pay $9 per person for a farm product with your entry ticket, which is just a tiny bottle of honey or maple syrup.

When we reentered after skating, we were scolded because we did not enter properly and receive the coupons for these products, though I was able to show my receipt. Found this tactic of forcing people to buy overpriced products without the option to not include this in the purchase when buying online to be really frustrating. Supposedly this is because of a law on the protection of agricultural land requiring a payment to access the site.

The skate sharpening service and the sled rental were worth the price for us ($7 per pair sharpened, plus $10 for the sled). That said, all of the porta-potties and indoor bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, and the indoor facility where people can eat their lunch smelled as a result. I realize that tons of people visit on the weekend, so it is hard to keep up with, but they should really clean the bathroom more frequently.

Not a bad experience and if you don't need to rent anything, you can do it more affordably (I understand the price for entry as the trails must be expensive to maintain). But I did not appreciate the shady upselling tactic or the poorly maintained bathrooms. Still giving 4 stars as the actual skating...

I purchased tickets for the winter activities - Sunday March 3. Unfortunately, on Saturday, March 2, I was contacted around 5PM est to tell me that we could not come to your establishment on Sunday, as you would be closed. I was not given a reason for this. Looking at your Instagram page now, I see that you were open on Sunday March 3 for a number of activities, just not ice skating. We were not told this. When on the phone on Saturday March 2, I asked for a refund to which I was generally ignored and instead told continuously that they would just “see me next season.” After I explained ~5-7 times that I would not be committing to returning next season, as I do not live nearby, the woman I was speaking to told me someone would call me back to process a refund. I’ve never been contacted again. After numerous attempts to reach someone, I was finally able to speak to someone at the front desk about a week later. This was the first time someone answered the phone, no matter which extension number I pushed. She told me she just worked the front desk and had just gotten to her shift so she wasn’t sure where her manager was and that they would have to call me back to process the refund. I explained that had been told to me before and had not been done and she promised they would call that day or the next. I gave her my name, ticket information, and phone number and was again reassured they would call back shortly. It’s been another week and I have been unable to get ahold of anyone nor heard back from the manager who I was told would call now twice. Largely no one ever answers the phone no matter which extension you enter. I’ve left voicemails and still received no returned phone...

I would like to be able to put 5 stars but I cannot. I rented a cabin and bought 10 tickets for the holiday season to bring my family who had come from Alberta and Nova Scotia to be with us here in Bécancour. Unfortunately, 3 days before I began to realize that a huge rainstorm was coming. I made my first phone call to the domaine to ask what would happen. I was told I would be given a credit. I said I didn't need a credit for 10 people and they agreed and said, if there was an issue, I would have a reimbursement. they told me to call the day before to see what would be the situation. I called the day before and it was likely the iceskating would be cancelled due to the heavy rains. The day of the supposed skating event for my family, I received a call from the domaine telling me that they had to close due to the weather. I said I had already asked for a reimbursement 2 times. They told me the boss would call me to have the taken care of. I have since called 3 more times and the boss, as of January 14th has not called me back to reimburse me as he is the only one authorized for such occasions. This is not good customer service. There was no way for me to bring my family on another date since they all left shortly after the date of my reservation. If this situation gets settled I will remove this comment but until then, I say be very sure there is no rain in the future and better to purchase only the cabin ahead of time and pay for your day the day you arrive and it is good weather. This is very unfortunate and I am very...
