I watched Formula One for about 20min on screen two last night and there was this loud feedback on the radio station with a loud buzz. I know that doesn’t have anything to do with my car stereo as I’ve never had this problem before and I’ve gone through the drive in here. Also, before the movie started, they had some music going on that station and that feed was perfect. As soon as they turned off the commercial music and they started airing the previews and eventually the movie that’s when all the buzz started and it never stopped. Also, I found the screen lighting was not as bright as what it used to be. I think I will settle for my TV at home to watch movies and no longer come here anymore. Things have definitely gone downhill at this drive-in. So I went to the booth where I paid for my ticket as I saw employees there and I complained about the noise feedback and I even had the worker listen to it on my radio and I asked if I can get a refund and he said no. He said no because no one else complained except for me. And so I asked him so it’s expected of me to have paid for the price of this movie ticket and to listen to the buzz in the background? And he would not verbalize anything when I would ask him that. Then I asked if there was a manager in charge and he said there is and she’s at the snack bar working there and she won’t be able to come address you till 40 minutes later as they are getting slammed there. I asked for her name so I could call back later and he said I can’t give you her name and there’s no phone number to call even on their website. There is a phone number there if you push the call tab when you Google this establishment. I drove down to the snack bar and of course there was a long lineup and I wasn’t gonna stand in line for 40 to 60 minutes so I came back and there was another worker there and he overheard what I was going through and I told him I drove all the way from Pickering, which is almost 70 km away just to see the two movies here but to come to this unfortunate situation. I told him the $14 doesn’t make her break me but it’s all about principal. He then decided to refund me on the spot with no questions asked. I will never come back to this drive-in ever again. This was truly awful CUSTOMER SERVICE, and to be honest there equipment is going bad. My TV is much more detailed and brighter than what was showing on screen 2 at the drive-in. I think usually I’m in screen one or screen three. This was the first time I was in screen two

1 of the very few Drive in Movie Lots in the GTA. They get most of the things right. 3 screens, 2 to 3 movies per screen, 2 out of 3 screens has a playground for the kids (sand). There is a Snack Bar at the back of the Center and Biggest Screen (mobile concession stands no longer come around) I gave them a 4 because the line up for food is always long and slow. Instead of having old/damaged movie posters on the outside of the building, put your menus in them. Something ppl can think about and plan while they wait in the long line (speeding it up) The Washroom is gross at start, middle and the end of the night. Soap is always out after the 1st movie and no one fills them up. A giant bottle was just left on the counter with no pump. RULES... 1) Decide if you will park forward (stay in your car seats) OR park backward (sit out of your trunk or bring lawn chairs). 2) Arrive 45mins early to get choice parking spots, close to the front row (the trunks of taller cars will block your view) The rows are tiered (get higher as you drive back) ETIQUETTE 3) drive on your right and roads should go in 1 direction (lane space works best that way) 4) Learn how to use your car's lights. Drive with day lights on, not night lights (unless someone is running around dressed in black) 5) when parked, leave your radio on. Every car can turn on their electricity (for the radio) without turning on their engine. Turn your car keys half-way. Don't blind ppl watching. 6) If turning on your car's electricity turns on your head lights, some cars turn them off when you put on your hand break. 7) When walking the grounds, don't walk like you own the place, that's how you get hit by a car. I can't believe I have to say that, but yeah.

First time experience, glad these things are still around. Not a fan of running the audio through your car though, on battery or gas, because it's a good way to drain your battery or waste fuel, even if you don't do this often. Watched Sonic 2 and The Lost City. They didn't go to the end of the credits for Sonic, there was an Easter egg, but because the movie started late they were rushing to start the next one. The service at the snack bar could be a lot better and more organized, seems there was no leadership at the helm. I waited 20 minutes for my: 1 onion rings (don't buy it, it's not good), 2 poutines (really good, but small portions for the price), popcorn and cotton candy (prepackaged). Other people showed up 10 minutes after me and got their order within minutes. Turns out they completely forgot my order and made me miss the first 20 minutes of the movie. It's a good thing I was there for a free event, but if i was paying? Oh I'd have lost it. And the problem is they FORBID outside food (which I don't think is legal, especially if someone has allergies). So that policy needs to change asap and there needs to be proper management running the place. Whoever you had running things on April 30 needs to be retrained or fired. But don't get me wrong, their staff was super friendly, and the cook was doing his best, and he read the orders right, just can't fathom know how they forgot my order. I would definitely come back, but I'll probably bring my battery booster JUST in case. And I'll sneak food in, not going to pay for your lousy food or wait 20 minutes for a 5 item order that only 3 items needed to be made.

The drive in itself was good, even though it rained we were still able to enjoy the movies. Walked over to the diner during intermission to grab some food; great selection of hot food and snacks/candies. Bathrooms were also clean for the most part. Could use better signage for where things are as there are 2 sides to the theatre with different amenities.

If it wasn't for the poor customer service; I'd rate the drive-in 4.5 stars.

About 1 hour into the first movie the car battery died and we weren't able to hear the movie. Naturally, we called the main phone line for the drive in hoping they could offer a solution (portable radio/radio app or jumpstart). We spoke with Cora; who was cold and rude about the whole thing; she told us to wait until the end of the movie for a jump or we can call a tow truck but they won't be let in until the end of the movie either as it would disturb the other viewers.

She then hung up while I was asking a question about this. So we called back and asked if we'd get anything back for the first movie; she just kept rudely repeating, and even laughed between her words, that we'd have to wait and our ticket is non-refundable. Honestly, had she just apologized for the inconvenience or offered us something while we waited, we wouldn't have been as upset. But we were expected to sit and watch the movie with no sound for the remaining hour and a half? Ridiculous.

So we took it upon ourselves to go out in the cold rain and ask the car next to us for a boost. Luckily, they were kind enough to help us out and miss a few minutes of the movie themselves.

The funny part is; about a half hour into the second movie, we saw 2 guys walking around with jumper cables looking for our car and 10 minutes after that, a tow truck rolled through looking for someone who had called for a boost. They drove through the entire lot with their high beams on blinding everyone watching. We thought they wouldn't be allowed in during the movie?
