My favourite park in Brockville since a child! This is the prettiest & quietest park along the river, & features rolling Hills & rock formations, stately pines, a playground, beach, boat launch area & dock, canteen with washrooms, & two pavilions available for rent. The beach is most popular in summer & features a floating dock & lifeguard on duty. The upper area beside the parking lot has a flat area to play sports in. Camping is available too in a small area & has a separate washroom building. Growing up I would come here for the Celtic Festival & toboggan down the big hill as a child. The beach was very small and always busy on the weekends. It has lifeguard on the weekends and they are on top of you about what you can't do. There is a line by the dock that tells you where you can't go and there are a lot of boat traffic. For the area that is open for you to use is not very deep, I would say up to your waist.
