Beautiful, small park with a short boardwalk / trail to the beach through wetlands. The beach is a mix of pebble and sand, bordered by gorgeous mature deciduous trees and thick undergrowth to the west and lake Erie to the east. At the end of the beach (about 800 meters from the trailhead) is the lighthouse. We were delighted to see five (5!) large snakes in the bushes near the lighthouse, only one of which seemed at all disturbed by our presence.
