The online rating and reviews encouraged us to book a wine tasting experience in this winery, but we did not have the pleasant experience that other people had in the past. The wine tasting lady wasn’t friendly at all, and she was making us guess the type of wine that we were drinking, which it’s bad taste in the hospitality industry because not all people want to engage, and you can’t expect that everybody is a wine connoisseur in a generic wine tasting experience; you could make your potential client feel uncomfortable, and your representative make you look like a pretentious winery.
