It's feels like luxury experience, really nice tasting room. It's outside and under the roof, with comfortable couches... all together nice for hot days. Staff is there really nice and also with great knowledge. Downhill is quite pricey tastings (25$- July 2021) but is refundable with purchase of wine for 50$. All wines we tried (9 of them) were really strong in oak and dry, unfortunately it's not wine we like very much. But it was nice experience thanks to our server mainly.

I visited Little Engine today for the first time and was mighty impressed. I chatted with several of the staff and all were friendly and knowledgeable. My server Naomi was amazing. The wines were excellent. We all have different palates and while not all the wines were necessarily "my style", it was a great tasting experience. The patio is beautiful and the view is stunning. Thanks Naomi for a wonderful experience! Highly recommend.

Amanda was just amazing. Thank you very much for your time and kindness. The tasting takes place in a superbly decorated lounge, overlooking the vineyard. The wines tasted are explained as you go along, so that you can discover the history and philosophy of little engine. A wonderful discovery, great wines and a warm welcome !

Utterly disappointed with the wine tasting experience at this winery. It is such a shame because all the reviews spoke so highly of this place. I hardly write reviews, but because our party got treated like an absolute rubbish, I chose to write one. Booked wine tasting for a party of 4 online, when we arrived and got seated, the waitressed checked in what type of tasting we were after and at this point, we have changed our minds and wanted to try the executive wine list as it appeared to be much better. She gave us the menu and walked off. Before she came back, a gentleman (wearing glasses - you know who you are) brought a flight of 4 wines. We were all very confused as we just told the lady that we wanted to upgrade. As we started to explain to him, he said "Well it's too late as I already poured you this wine"... right okay. Next, its 37 degrees - we did not get served water until literally asking 3 times 20 minutes later. The flight of wine was left on an extremely hot wooden table that you can fry an egg on. We are told to pour everything ourselves and the little menus that were given will briefly explain what we are drinking. ARE YOU SERIOUS?! This is a wine tasting experience which we paid $10 each and you won't even talk about the wine you have?! Oh and to follow... we got poured a Rose which is sold out. So then we ask, why are you giving it to us if we can't buy it? The answer is "So that you can come back and get it later". What a joke. Oh and more to follow.. so get this - we got served Pinot Noir which was the 3rd wine to try. By the time our party got try it, it was literally sizzling. Have you ever drank a semi-boiled Pinot Noir? Well we have, and it's DISGUSTING! I wish I had never booked this place and $40 absolutely wasted. There are so many other fantastic wineries. Do not come here, it is literally not worth your...

I am not one to take the time to write a review unless the experience has either been exceptional (I want to show my appreciation to the business) or it has been so disappointing that I want to warn others to stay away. My two friends and I stopped by the Little Engine winery to celebrate a birthday. we opted for the $25/person tasting option. The friendly server convinced us to take the large charcuterie board with the tasting (this board is $110) because (per the server) it comes with different kinds of cheeses and meats along with other quality accompaniments. The first wine was explained thoroughly and poured for us. All the rest were brought in a carafe and left at the table for us to pour for ourselves. The glasses were never changed - hence mixing of wines. The over priced charcuterie board consists of a block of cheese along with some packaged salami and prosciutto - basically exactly the way they must have picked up from a grocery store. We had to point out that our "charcuterie" package was missing a few items - so they brought another package of the same cheese (they only had one kind), along with the missing olives, chips, etc. At no point did it occur to the server or the manager that maybe they shouldn't be pushing something they can't deliver. I could go on but suffice to say that your time will be better spent at other wineries where there is far better wine and a higher level of customer service. Overall an incredibly disappointing and expensive experience - all the missteps were brought to the attention of the manager who didn't even seem to care :-( A more apt name for this winery would be LITTLE...

Edit: I'm sorry your own fragility lead you to falsify information, not only on google but to my place of work, just to spare yourself of any responsibility, or reflection towards your attitude. My job is not affected, despite your best efforts. Counseling can help you with that deep sense of insecurity. I wish you luck.

Wine was alright but overpriced in general. 3/5 Staff seemed friendly. 4/5

Proprietor was rude, condescending, and felt the need to make us feel unwelcome, possibly because we didn't look like we were up to his standards, but it was an unpleasant experience only because of this person. I will credit them for covering our tasting fee and realizing their proprietors poor attitude, but I will not be coming back, or recommending this business or their wines to anyone.

There are enough BC wineries putting out quality product at reasonable prices already, this man unfortunately thinks his is the best, so his prices and attitude reflect that in a very unfortunate way.

Good luck to those under his employment.

He will respond and report this bad review as he has done to many...
