Read moreI usually don’t like to write bad reviews, but we kept hearing that this was a stop we absolutely need to do in Percé and we were excited to try it. We arrived there a little before 10:30am. There was a note on the door saying the next group would be at 11:15am. A lady came out and told us that since it was raining it was ok to wait in the car and she would wave us when it was time to come in. She never took our names and they have no reservation service. Around 11am, they changed the sign and now it was saying that the next group would be at 11:30am. Since I wanted to be sure that we were not waiting for nothing, I went back and double checked with the lady when the next group would be. She said her boss changed the time on the door, but we should be able to go in around 11:15am still. While we were waiting in the car, they first left an older couple go in. Then, at almost 11:20am, a big family came there and they let them in. She never wave us in even though we were in the car right in front of the door and when we went at 11:30am to ask what was going on, we were told by an older gentleman that we would now have to wait since they were full. When the lady we originally talked to walked by us, she pretended not to see us by looking at the floor. You probably asking yourself what all the people who manage to enter before us had in common, they were all white French speaking people… maybe a coincidence but the way we were answered with a condescending tone make us doubt it. Anyhow, we never made it inside as we were not ready to pay $14 per person after this type of customer service and having to wait more than 1 hour to have other people...
