Terra-Cotta Natural Park — Attraction in Pointe-Claire

Truly a gem of the west island. The nearby sports field and the homes next to the forest can be rather loud, but there are still beautiful scenes and animals to take in at Terra Cotta. Beautiful tall trees all over. Keep an eye out for hummingbirds perched atop bare trees in the meadow. Great place for woodpeckers and chickadees. This is one of our favorite parks in West Island! It’s doggie friendly and we always run into other doggie friends. Everyone we have met here is so friendly and so cute! We love the trees, the brook, and birds. Many different trails, all short and pleasant! Free parking and free admission. We come here all the time, it reveals the nice 4 seasons. Very nice park in the middle of Pointe-Claire city. Good for walks and to relax a little. Except for the fact that you still hear the city sounds, it really feels like you are in the woods! Near the pool, dog park, soccer fields and baseball field. Walking distance from the Pointe-Claire Mall.
