Lovely nature park with trails of intermediate difficulty. Beautiful waterfall and lake. Be prepared for changes in elevation. I would recommend wearing hiking boots or other good shoes for climbing/outdoor activity. It is a pretty wild trail and not the easiest to navigate - infrequent map signage, but there are trailhead markers. There are also some nice signs about the local wildlife with QR codes. You may want to park at the parking lot next to "Entrée Alfred Kelly Nature Reserve" on Rue de la Station. We visited in mid-April, so there was still plenty of snow covering the forest and paths. The initial climb at the Entrée is steep and slippery when wet/snowy. Read moreWe completed the Paradise Lake Loop which is a moderate hike that took us approx 8km to complete. While completing this hike please be aware that there is a fair few steps, and some difficult terrain such as it being muddy in some areas. The views when you make it up to the hill is very pretty to see, we really loved the stunning lake! This hike is mostly shaded but still be sun smart and bring bug spray too! The parking here is good, it can get quite busy, but it is free and accessible.

If you park on the side of the Place du P’tit train du Nord, parking is free, but you can only park up to 3h there. However on the other side of the street, in the parking in front of Souvlaki 7, the parking is also free and - I think - without limit.
The only downside is that indication of the trails is not super obvious, but it was easy to figure out where to go to go back to the...
