Excellent trail for those looking for an even keeled walk/run. There are a few ups and downs but nothing that would hinder the average walker. Suitable for all ages and skill levels for sure. I was short on time and so I only went about 15 minutes in, but it's got wide pathways. The grate on the bridges might be difficult for some devises but overall it appears accessible.
